Raffles Cafe Las Vegas is a 24-hour Denny's-like restaurant at the Mandalay Bay Resort. Here is my review from June, 2014: We had breakfast/brunch/lunch buffets (the meals tend to bleed into one another) at the Aria, Mirage, MGM, Mandalay Bay, and Palms (the last being the only non-My Vegas buffet) during our last trip to Vegas. I emailed their customer service and they said they are no longer selling them.
